Join a Men's Retreat.
Train outdoors, eat properly, sit in the sauna, sleep in the woods. A few days that are actually worth taking off work.
Come for the training. The rest does its own work.
This is a retreat built around physical work: carrying awkward things uphill, pressing logs, sprinting a trail, and then sitting in a sauna until you stop thinking about your inbox. Dustin leads it. He is a lifelong athlete and a former competitive fighter, and he built every station on the trail himself.
Hard work outside, then genuine recovery.
Days are simple: combat training and exercise in the morning on the functional fitness trail, eat real food, Sculpture Workshops, and then spend the afternoon on the preserve. Sauna, cold plunge, firepit. There is breathwork and mobility work in there too, and most men are surprised by how much they get out of it.
You do not have to be in shape and you do not have to be an athlete. Everything scales. Nobody is singled out and nobody is asked to perform.
You have the option to reserve a room and a private bathroom for an additional rate, just ask about those options.
