Improv Team Retreat with WitWorks.
A day for teams of 6 to 20 who need more than a conference room. A grounded wellness opening, a two-part sculpture session bridging a shared meal, and a two-hour improv workshop with WitWorks to close.
Built for teams who want to reconnect, not just recharge.
This isn't a corporate training day wearing a retreat costume. The day is intentionally sequenced: wellness first so the group slows down and arrives present, then a two-part sculpture session with Dustin and Raven split by a shared meal, then a two-hour improv-based workshop with WitWorks once the group is warmed up, connected, and ready to play.
Build, pause, reflect, build. Then play.
The sculpture session runs in two one-hour parts with lunch built into the middle. Dustin and Raven lead the group into a collaborative piece or individual take-home sculptures before the meal, and the group returns after eating to finish. Stepping away and coming back changes how people see their own work.
Groups of 10 or fewer are $6,750 flat. Groups of 11 to 20 start at $7,625, plus $500 per person beyond 10. Pricing covers the venue, wellness programming, the meal, the sculpture session, and the WitWorks workshop.

What the day looks like on the ground.

The WitWorks Workshop
Two hours of improv-based experiential learning led by professional facilitators and performers from WitWorks. Communication, collaboration, confidence, and connection, built through play. Zero improv background needed.

A Shared Meal in the Middle
Prepared with care and served between the two sculpture parts. The group talks, laughs, and settles in before returning to finish.

Sculpture with Dustin & Raven
Two one-hour parts, guided step by step. A single collaborative piece or individual take-home sculptures, your group's choice.

An Immersive Setting
The day unfolds inside a living art gallery on 58 private acres, about an hour southeast of Columbus. Far enough to actually leave the office behind.

Something to Take Back
Whether it's one collab sculpture for the office or individual pieces, every team leaves with tangible proof of the day.

No. The session is designed for teams with zero improv background. It is built to help people connect more authentically and step outside their comfort zones together, not to put anyone on the spot.
The meal gives the work time to set and the conversation time to deepen before the group returns to finish. Stepping away and coming back changes how people see their own work, and it gives the day a natural rhythm of build, pause, reflect, build.
