A sound bath at Raven's Retreat is an immersive listening session led by a practitioner. Bowls, chimes, and gongs are struck slowly and precisely; guests lie down, close their eyes, and let the sound do the work. The session is safe for everyone, requires no prior experience, and pairs well with somatic breathwork earlier in the day.
One hour. Lie down. That's it.
The session runs 45 to 60 minutes. You lie down on a mat, cover with a blanket, and settle. Manda plays a curated instrument sequence designed to slow brainwave activity and quiet the nervous system.
Sessions run in the Art Lodge or on the forest platform depending on weather. Private (1-2) or group (up to 16). Bookable as an add-on to any retreat.
