Do you have questions about our Unique Art Lodge, or our Tiny Art Bungalows?
Yes. When availability allows, we can often welcome last-minute group retreats. That said, custom programming, specific facilitators, or chef services are easier to lock in with more lead time — if your dates are flexible, book a consult call as early as you can to get the best options.
A group retreat at the Art Lodge sleeps up to 16 guests. The Art Bungalow has one king bed that can sleep up to 2 additional people – so if combined the Art Lodge and the Art Bungalow can accommodate a group of up to 18 overnight. For select occasions – such as micro-weddings, retirement
gatherings, or other special events – we can discuss accommodating up to 30 people for the day, by approval only. This isn’t part of our standard retreat offerings; reach out to Raven and Dustin directly to talk it through.
Food can be included. We offer plant-based catering and chef-prepared meal options, and we can help create a setup that feels aligned with your group’s needs.
The $10,000 minimum covers lodging, daily meals, and guided programming for your full group for 3 or more nights. Full details on what’s included are available on our Custom Retreat Programming page or during your free planning call.
Yes. Day retreats start at $5,000 and are available for groups of varying sizes. Contact us to schedule a free consult call and we’ll design something that fits your group.
Yes. We work with companies, nonprofits, leadership teams, and private organizations looking for a real reset — not a hotel conference room with a ropes course. If your team is burned out, disconnected, or needs clarity before a big push, this is built for that.
Yes. Every retreat is built from scratch around your group — there are no off-the-shelf packages here. Whether you need burnout recovery, creative activation, leadership alignment, or a true digital detox, we shape the programming around what your team actually needs to walk away with.
Yes. If you’ve already built your retreat structure elsewhere, we can layer in one experience or a curated set of add-ons — sound healing, a live sculpture performance with Dustin, forest bathing, or a plant-based chef dinner.
Book a free consult call with Raven and Dustin. Come with your approximate dates, group size, and what you want your team to walk away with — rested, reconnected, creatively activated, or all three. We’ll build a proposal around that.
Yes. Raven’s Retreat is an adults-only property. Unsupervised guests at the Art Lodge must be 25 or older, and unsupervised guests at the tiny bungalows must be 21 or older. The primary booker for the Art Lodge must be 25 or older. Please confirm everyone meets the requirement before booking and include it in your pre-arrival information to participants.
No. The no-pet policy applies to all group retreats without exception. The property is a working nature preserve with rehabilitated wildlife, and domestic animals are not compatible with that ecosystem. Include this in your pre-arrival communication to participants so there are no surprises on arrival day.
We specialize in plant-based and wellness-aligned meals, and that is the default for group experiences here. If members of your group have allergies, intolerances, or other dietary needs beyond that, let us know during planning and we’ll work to accommodate them.
Yes. Raven’s Retreat is roughly an hour from Columbus, making it one of the more accessible group retreat destinations in Ohio for teams who don’t want to lose a full day to travel. It’s also reachable from Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton within two to three hours, which works well for organizations pulling attendees from multiple cities.
