A Fall Digital Detox Retreat for Women

October 23-26, 2026

 Peak Leaf Season

Hocking Hills, Ohio

An adults-only retreat, three nights, one small group of women, up to ten of us total.

This retreat isn’t about a few nice days.

Every experience here is built to give you something you can actually use the moment you’re back home, not just a memory of feeling good.

Three days and three nights, fully guided, to unplug, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with the version of yourself that has been lost in the noise. This is respite from the busyness of modern life, real space for recalibration, rest, and refocusing on what actually matters.

You Don’t Have to Go It Alone

Maybe you’ve thought about a solo retreat before. Maybe the idea of getting there by yourself, sitting in a room by yourself, doing the work by yourself, is exactly what’s kept you from booking one.

This isn’t that. You’ll be in a small group of women who came here for the same reason you did: to learn real tools for calming themselves down, so they can think clearly, make decisions they trust, and laugh more than they have in a long time. You don’t have to travel alone to get the benefits of going inward. Sometimes it’s easier with other people quietly doing the same work beside you.

By the end, you’ll have practiced the most important relationship you’ll ever build, the one with yourself, and you won’t have had to do it in isolation to get there.

Led by Raven Morgan

After years in the boxing ring and the MMA cage, Raven learned a simple truth: the calmest person wins, and mindset is everything. Your breath and your thoughts shape the way you feel, and the way you feel often leads to your actions. She built her breathwork practice knowing that practice makes perfect, and that controlling your heart rate and emotions is a skill. Left unchecked, that flood of emotion can lead to real, negative consequences. That same discipline now shapes everything she teaches, movement as medicine, nutrition and sleep as hormone regulation, and creativity as an outlet for what words can’t always reach.

Over a decade of guiding hundreds of guests toward calm, focus, and purpose has shown her exactly what a small group needs to quiet the noise and conquer the chaos.

Raven co-founded Raven’s Retreat Hocking Hills alongside her husband, master sculptor Dustin Weatherby, who hand-built the Art Lodge and every space on the preserve. Every corner was created with intention, designed to help guests optimize their mind, connect with themselves, and feel held by their surroundings. This is a protected 58-acre private nature preserve and wellness retreat center, not a collection of rental cabins

Yoga with Victoria Lawler

Victoria teaches yoga as an invitation to come home to yourself. Her classes are warm and approachable, built around presence, self-trust, and mindful movement rather than perfection.

During the retreat, she’ll lead daily yoga practices designed to complement the digital detox experience, along with an optional one-on-one session giving you space to explore what your own body and mind need most.

The goal of yoga isn’t to perform. It’s to help move your body, recover from poor posture, increase blood flow, relax the mind, and learn the power of breath and movement in regulating the mind.

By the time you leave, you’ll have developed your own personal practice. Everyone is different, and she gets that.

Where You’ll Stay

You’ve never stayed anywhere like this. The Art Lodge and Art Bungalow are eco-luxe spaces built by hand, unlike anything else in Hocking Hills, or anywhere else. Every room was designed to provoke something: rest, creative inspiration, hope, quiet, a real connection to the natural world just outside your window.

These aren’t rental cabins with a nice view. They’re spaces built with intention by a working sculptor, meant to change how you feel the moment you walk in.

This stays small on purpose.

Ten women maxium, not eighteen, is what makes the sculpture workshops, the mindset shift circles, the sound baths, the breathwork, and the one-on-one yoga session actually work.

Every woman will have her own individual bed and sleeping space. Bedrooms and bathrooms may be shared, but beds will never be shared. Raven’s background in sleep medicine means that protecting quality sleep and sleep wellness is an important part of the retreat experience.

That’s also what the price reflects, a fully guided, all-inclusive experience, not a room rate.

This isn’t a wellness package at a rental venue. You’ll spend the weekend on a 58-acre private nature preserve that’s also a working wildlife sanctuary, with daily sculpting sessions led by master sculptor Dustin alongside the yoga, sound baths, and breathwork.

Because the group is small and every guest talks with Raven beforehand, this retreat is built around the people actually in the room, not filled on a first-come basis.
